Article 5Publication of theses

(1) Bachelor’s theses, master’s theses and dissertations (hereinafter referred to as “final theses”) submitted for defence are published by JAMU at least five working days before the defence for public viewing at the study department of the relevant faculty. Anyone may make extracts, copies or reproductions of the published thesis at their own expense.

(2) The JAMU publishes the final theses that have already been defended, including the opinions of the opponents and the record of the course and result of the defence through a database that is publicly accessible within the IS. JAMU does not publish a dissertation if it has already been published in another way.

(3) JAMU may postpone the publication of the thesis or a part thereof for the duration of the obstacle to publication, but for a maximum of 3 years. The information about the postponement of publication must be published together with the justification in the same place where the theses are published. Without undue delay after the defence of the thesis to which the deferral of publication referred to in the first sentence applies, JAMU shall send one copy of the thesis to the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports (hereinafter referred to as the Ministry) for preservation.

The application can be submitted in IS->Student->During studies->Office->Submitting a new application
