Two-factor authentication allows you to increase the protection of your IS account. Once two-factor authentication is activated, you will need to enter a password to log in and also prove your identity with another type of authentication.
We highly recommend all IS users to enable this option.
For two-factor account authentication, you can use common authentication applications(TOTP).
In addition to his/her password to the information system, the user enters a time-dependent one-time password generated by the authentication application.

Since all JAMU users have access to Microsoft 365 services, we recommend using Microsoft Authenticator. This way you will have two-factor authentication for both IS and M365 in a single application.
