The JAMU Information Centre is a contact point for students and teachers, where JAMU / ISIC / ITIC cards, their issue and validity and basic information service are dealt with.
Typically, you contact the Info Centre at the beginning of your studies or at the beginning of the academic year.
At the Information Centre you can arrange for example:
- issue of JAMU student and employee ID cards
- Issuance of licensed ISIC and ITIC cards
- information on the revalidation stamp
- photography for IS JAMU and for the ID card
- basic orientation in JAMU services
Photographing for the system and for ID cards takes place outside the inauguration period only at the JAMU Information Centre.
It is also possible at the Information Centre:
- buy books JAMU Publishing House
- buy tickets for performances of the Orlí Theatre and Marta Theatre
Payment at the Infocentre in these cases is in cash only.

The Information Centre does not address some other university services. Please contact the relevant departments directly:
- study matters (enrolments, courses) – study department DF, study department HF
- borrowing books and study materials – JAMU library
- IT approaches and technical issues – JAMU IT Services
- accommodation on campus – dormitories and canteens
The Infocentre also does not order passes or revalidation stamps.
Orders are placed exclusively in the JAMU IS in the Business Centre application.
University ID cards are mainly used for:
- to the entrance to the JAMU buildings
- to identify the student or employee
- to claim student and teacher discounts (for ISIC and ITIC licensed cards)
Orders for passes and revalidation stamps are placed exclusively online in the JAMU IS.
The Infocentre does not accept card or cash payments for passes or revalidations.

The revalidation stamp extends the validity of the ISIC or ITIC licence.
- revalidation is purchased online in IS JAMU
- validity is automatically entered into the ISIC application
- a personal visit to the Information Centre is not necessary
A personal visit is only necessary in the following cases:
- collecting a new licence
- photography for the system or for the ID card
- dealing with loss or damage to your licence
A personal visit is not necessary:
- for ISIC renewal
- for payments

Monday, Wednesday: 13:00-16:00
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 9:00-12:00
