By posting information on the Bulletin Board, you can avoid sending emails and not reading them, and you can also publish the information permanently and modify it retroactively if necessary according to student feedback needs
Post information, procedures, important and less important news on a dedicated bulletin board on a regular basis, keep your new and existing students informed and you will have no problem getting the information to your students.
If it is necessary to send the information by email, use the Bulletin Board again, paste the message into the Bulletin Board and send only the link to the message on the Bulletin Board in the email. This way the message will reach the recipients in more ways than one.

The right to administer the notice board is always vested in the head of the relevant workplace; the employees of that workplace may always post. Messages on these bulletin boards are displayed in Life at JAMU.
Nevertheless, instruct your students to add the result to their watchlist (click on the heart and @ icon in the header after entering the respective dashboard) and turn on email notifications so they will receive the information in an email message.
The monitored message boards are then displayed to users in “Life at JAMU”
