The JAMU Alumni Community Network serves to keep alumni in contact with the university and with each other after graduation. It operates within the JAMU Information System and is common for graduates of both the Theatre and Music faculties.
Who the community network is for
The community network is intended for JAMU alumni*women who want to stay in touch with the university, follow the events at the faculty and use services linked to the JAMU Information System.
What the Community Network will allow me to do
After joining the Community Network, you will remain in contact with JAMU after graduation. The network allows you to keep track of information from the faculty and the graduated study programme, be part of the alumni community and use services linked to the JAMU Information System, such as the Alumni Club or the possibility of obtaining an ALIVE card.
Step 1: Login or revive your account
If you have used the JAMU IS during your studies, just log in.
If you do not have access data or have not used the system before, select the option “Revive yourself in the Information System”.

Step 2: Tracking down and confirming the study
The system will look up your graduation. Confirm that this is you.

Step 3: Fill in contact details
Fill in your personal and contact details. A confirmation code will be sent to your email.

Step 4: Setting a password
After confirming the email, set a new password as required.

Step 5: Complete registration
Upon successful registration, you will be granted access to the Community Network as an unauthenticated user.

After registration, you must verify your identity to ensure full access.
To verify:
- upload a validation document (e.g. scan or photo of your JAMU diploma),
- Wait for an inspection by an authorised officer,
- you will receive an email confirmation after approval.
Without authentication, access to the network is restricted.
After logging in, we recommend paying attention:
- personal and contact data settings,
- consents (GDPR),
- setup of monitored programs and faculties,
- adjusting the visibility of the profile.
These settings affect what information you see on the network and how visible you are to other alumni.

Registration to the JAMU Alumni Club is done through the JAMU Community Network in IS JAMU.
After registration, you can apply for an ALIVE card, which allows you to use selected services and discounts.
Detailed information and an application form can be found on the JAMU Business Centre website.
If you encounter technical difficulties (registration, authentication, login), please contact JAMU IS support or the relevant contact point listed in the system.
