Citation of the Article governing this request: Article 30 Changes to registered subjects
(1) Within two weeks from the beginning of the teaching period, the student is entitled to make changes to the registered compulsory elective and optional courses via IS, provided that they do not contradict the recommended study plan. If, after the expiry of the period referred to in the preceding sentence, the student’s personal study plan does not comply with this Internal Regulation, the changes made by the student shall not be taken into account.
(2) The dean may change the courses enrolled in even without the student’s request if there is a serious reason for doing so that the student did not cause; the dean shall inform the student of the change.
The application can be submitted in the IS->Student->While studying->Office-> Submitting a new application (HF)/Submitting anew application (DF)
- In the application form, select your study in the selection box.
- Insert the CORRECT SUBJECT CODE without the HF/DIFA prefix
- In the selection box, select the semester of the course you want to enrol additionally
- In the justification for the request, write a short statement along the lines of “I am requesting additional registration of course XY, for the reason…..”
- If you want to support your request with an attachment.
Filling in fields
- In the“Subject” field, enter only the Subject Code, e.g. DAAZX03
- In the“Justification” field, please also provide the full title of the subject
- Choose the right semester
- A course is a semester entity; if you want to enroll in multiple courses or courses in multiple semesters, submit multiple applications.
