The accommodation contract is concluded with students electronically. You do not need to know anything other than your IS login details to sign it.
Checking your details is most important for new students, but it certainly doesn’t hurt if you all do it. Check your entries carefully against:

The sequence of activities is as follows:
- Files for student accommodation contracts are kept in the IS Office (by the College administration)
- The student is asked to check personal details for the contract (to be done by the student at check-in)
- A contract is generated and given to the student to sign (done by the college administration)
- Student signs the contract in IS (done by the student)
- The Director of Residence Halls signs the contract (performed by the Director of Residence Halls)
- That’s all
