The license agreement is concluded with students electronically. You do not need to know anything other than your IS login details to sign it.
The sequence of activities is as follows:
- Files for student licensing agreements are filed in the IS Office (done by faculty)
- A contract is generated and given to the student to sign (done by the faculty)
- The dean signs the contract in IS (done by the dean)
- Student signs the contract in IS (done by the student)
- That’s all
Points 3 and 4 are interchangeable in time, i.e. the signing of the contract by the student may occur earlier than the signing of the contract by the dean, this has no effect on the validity and agreed points of the contract
From point 2 onwards – i.e. from the moment the contract is generated, it can be viewed under the name “Licence agreement” in:
