Signing documents

If a document is submitted to IS for signature, you will receive an email in your IS inbox containing a link to:

https://is.jamu.cz/auth/uradovna/podpis

Please monitor these emails from “JAMU Information System” and always read the information sent.

This link will take you to the page:

Where:

  • use the small magnifying glass next to the document to preview the document
  • by checking all or some of the documents and clicking on “Save as PDF” you can download all documents and view them at once
  • and finally, by checking all or some of the documents and clicking on “Sign” to start signing the documents

Click on “Sign” to view the box to enter your e-signature PIN – You will find it on the printed form provided to you when you were issued with your e-signature under the plastic security window (it is the shorter, 6 character digit). Copy the PIN here and click on “Actually sign”

The signing process is displayed and the page automatically refreshes until all documents have been signed

This is the expected result, it means that all documents have been signed in order.

If you get an error here, it is either a wrong PIN or you may have a problem with the encryption of the documents once every few hundred documents, in which case repeat the signing process.

How do I access the list of documents to be signed if I have not received an email but I have information that I have to sign the document?

The easiest way is to search for an application using the search box in IS.

Start typing “signature” or “sign” without quotation marks in your search

and click on the app.
