The “My Office” application is not another branch of the Office or a separate unit, and it does not display any additional documents or files that you have not seen under the procedures outlined so far. It merely presents an alternative way to access the files/documents.
This application was created to provide easy access to the Office for teachers and students who do not need the various finesse of the Office as much as administrative staff do.
The application is therefore aimed primarily at simplicity, and therefore it is not possible to detail some things in the same way as in the “classic” Office.
Since the app relies on simplicity, it’s paradoxically really hard to make any offline procedure out of it, so I’m just offering a quick overview of the features:
You can launch the “My Office” application from the Office:

The app shows a condensed and simplified view of your agenda and file overview.
The main page displays badge icons that will take you to a list of files according to your assignment to them and the documents you have submitted

The “Agendas” link displays an overview of your agendas, i.e. the agendas you have rights to, and allows you to view a list of files in them and also to create a file in them.
The “Files” link will show a list of your most recent files and allow you to access them
The “Documents” link will list your most recent documents and allow you to access them
The “Signatures” link then lists the documents submitted to you for signature
Clicking on a file or document you find using the App will take you to the file preview interface

Where the insertion of actions is done using the buttons in the middle left.
Clicking on the file name next to the stamp in the top left takes you to the classic file view
Use the circled letter I in the top right to view information about the file or document

Clicking on the action button or “More” in the file information will take you to the classic view of the file
The “My Office” application option is definitely a very welcome tool, especially for teachers and students, but employees dealing with more administrative problems or document circulation will find it more beneficial to master the work with the “classic” Office, as it offers more detailed process management.
