Diploma and Diploma Supplement
The electronic diploma and the supplement to the diploma can be found in the E-statements application
When you enter the application for the first time, click on the appropriate button to seal your diploma or diploma supplement with the JAMU digital seal. Once created, the sealed files will then be offered for download.

Electronic copies of the diploma and diploma supplement are not available immediately, but usually after graduation.
The diploma is electronically signed by the Rector and the Dean, sealed with a qualified JAMU seal and stamped with a qualified time stamp.
The seal and time stamp are inserted at the moment the diploma is downloaded by the student and the second copy is thus issued only at the moment the graduate downloads it from the IS (within 30 days the resealing does not occur, the current version is downloaded).
The diploma in digital form is issued in accordance with the European Union Regulation No. 910/2014 on electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions in the internal European market (eIDAS) and is thus recognisable in all EU Member States. Recognition of the digital form of the diploma outside the European Union is governed by the legislation of the country in which recognition of the diploma is requested.
Microcertificates (MC)
Upon completion of the CŽV course, which is included in the micro-certificate system, the graduate is issued with this course.
The microcertificate is available in the E-statements application
Under the “Microcertificates” tab
Don’t forget that you must have selected the study that led to the microcertificate – for example, you can change the study directly on the E-statements page in the top right corner of the IS
How to choose the right study
Studies under the old system of studies cannot have MCs exposed. As of the academic year 2024/25, all studies under the old system have been terminated and studies under the new system have been established. The studies are listed in descending order of date of completion, so the most recent study is always lowest on the list.
