Electronic versions of final theses (bachelor’s theses, master’s theses, or graduate projects) are uploaded to the IS in the final thesis archives.
The archives can be found at: Personal administration → Student → Final studies → State final exam and final thesis archive
You should have 2 final thesis archives – one with your bachelor’s or master’s thesis and one with your graduation project. If you are missing either of them, please contact your thesis supervisor or studio/department head to list it in IS, or list it yourself – see https://is.jamu.en/auth/help/student/outline_topic#s_outline_topic
For each final thesis there is a link “Handling the final thesis archive” in Personal administration → Student → Final studies → Final exam and final thesis archive, where you can insert the texts with Czech and English annotation (minimum 100 characters), keywords (minimum 30 characters), select the language of the thesis and confirm the identity of the inserted file with the version submitted for defence and save the data at the end of the page.
On the same page, use the link “Access the archive for uploading thesis files” to enter directly into the archive of the thesis and use the link “Upload file” to upload the text part of your thesis as “Full text of the thesis” – it must be at least 3000 characters (200 characters for the project ). The thesis to be submitted must not be locked, encrypted or otherwise illegible.
If you have entered and uploaded everything correctly, on the Personal Administration → Student → Final Exam and Final Thesis Archive page, the text “The archive is sufficiently full” will appear under the thesis.
