Combined Intensive Programmes (BIP)

Head of the studio in agreement with the guarantor of the study programme.

The internal application must be submitted to the Foreign Department of the Faculty of Arts by 31 January for the following academic year.

The application form includes:

• name of the programme,

• partner schools involved (min. 2),

• expected date,

• the content and objectives of the programme,

• preliminary budget.

Applications are reviewed by the Dean’s College. The studios are notified of the result in February.

After confirmation of funds is required:

• update the budget,

• supply a list of participating schools,

• prepare a schedule for the physical and virtual parts.

After the program is over, it should be added:

• accounting documents,

• attendance lists,

• final report,

• PR materials.

The deadline for submitting the documentation is 14 days after the end of the physical part.

Students and employees of the Theatre Faculty of JAMU.

BIP offers are published by the Foreign Department of the Faculty of Arts in the website news and in the IS JAMU.

• Learners apply through ISOIS.

• Employees apply using the form sent to the DF Foreign Office.

The trip must be approved by the Dean’s College.

Learners gain:

• accommodation costs according to the length of stay,

• travel allowance according to distance.

Employees are compensated according to JAMU guidelines and Erasmus+ rules.
