Faculty of Theatre

The Erasmus+ programme and other international activities enable male and female students and employees of the JAMU Theatre Faculty to go abroad for study, practice or professional development. The aim is to gain experience in an international environment, to establish contacts and to broaden the study and work perspective.

There are three main types of mobility at the Faculty of Theatre:

In addition to these mobilities, students and staff can also participate in Combined Intensive Programmes (CIP), which combine a short-term stay abroad with online collaboration.

More information about BIP can be found here

In general, mobility can last for 2-12 months, but short-term trips (about 5-30 days) are also possible for PhD* students. It is also possible to go on Erasmus+ repeatedly (within the limits of the programme).

Where to start: the intention of the trip should be consulted with the faculty in time (typically with the head of the studio/teacher) and then contact the Foreign Department of the JAMU Faculty of Arts, which will help with further procedure and administration.

A note on timeliness: the dates of calls, internal deadlines, list of partner institutions and current conditions may change depending on the academic year – please keep an eye on the main DF/JAMU website for up-to-date information.
(Here in the Guidelines you will find mainly practical procedures and steps according to the type of trip.)
